(3). Registration is only successful if payment by cheque
or credit card authorization form
shall reach the conference secretariat
within 2 weeks from the registration deadline,
i.e. Apr 3, 2008.
(4). Payment arrived later than April 3, 2008 would be regarded
as late registration
and registrant concerned would be charged USD
500 / HKD 4000.
(5). Notification of cancellation should reach the congress
secretariat at least 2 weeks
from the event day (i.e. by March 27, 2008 23:59
(HKT)) otherwise 100 % registration
fee would be forfeited.
